Hi! Your husband commented on my blog over on Wordpress.com, I'm doing a photo-a-day project too. Your work is really beautiful, it's really inspiring to see other people working on this project. If you're interested, my blog is http://silencethatisme.wordpress.com. I look forward to seeing more of your work!
WHAT IT IS:
So last year sometime in July, I decided that I was going to make a piece of art everyday, be it good or bad, it would exist. That lasted about 9 days. Life got busy, I became involved with many other things and suddenly I was playing catch up ALL THE TIME. So, this is my second attempt here and I am now being held accountable by all of you who come to check out the blog. Every day a new image will appear and hopefully I will come up with something wonderful to say along with it. Or, at least something...
HOW IT WORKS:
Duane Kaiser has a blog up called "A Painting a Day" and his goal is to find a way to take art out of the gallery and make it more accessible as well as putting all of the proceeds into his own pocket. Although the idea for making art everyday occurred to me in July, I fully credit Mr. Kaiser with the idea of selling it here. So, each day when an image is posted the price of that image is $100. What you will receive for that $100 is a 16"x20" matted image. If you want to buy any of the prints, all you have to do is click on the little blue words that say "click here to buy" and you will go straight to my online store. Scroll through to find the image you want and shop away! Cheers and enjoy!
